Likes: Travelling, Russian history and culture, socializing and spending time with family

I was born in a small city near Volga River in Russia. When I was six, my parents moved to live in Moscow. I completed my school education in Moscow. I learned about the history and culture of Moscow during my school years, and from there, I grew up special interest in travelling and exploring this beautiful capital city. After my graduation from Moscow University, I moved to Germany for three years to study English and German languages.
I am proud to be a part of Russian nation. We made a noticeable contribution to the world’s culture and science. Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky, Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov, Ulanova and Plysetskaya, Mendeleev and Korolev – these Russians are known all over the world.

I am fond of being a tour guide because I love to share the beauty and deepness of Russian culture and history with my guests. My main principle of life is happiness. I believe that my guests should be happy and enjoy the time being spent with me. Besides that I want to help them to see Russia with their own eyes and touch it with their own hearts. So that they will be able to paint their own picture, make their own opinion of my country which will remain with them after they leave and go home.

My favourite sightseeing places are – Christ the Savior Cathedral and St. Basil Cathedral. Christ the Savior Cathedral is amazing with all its glory and greatness, walls covered with marble, ambrosian icons in flattery candles’ flame. St. Basil Cathedral impresses us with its unique medieval architecture – ancient walls and rooms that knew the presence of Ivan the Terrible, Alexei Romanov and Nicklas the II – Russian Tsars and Emperors from different centuries.
